One production docket follows the job from structural brief to DDP truck. The sequence is fixed; the dates are confirmed in writing.

    Brief & structure

    Product envelope, pack weight, channel, and freight. We resolve the board call and closure before pricing the run.

  2. 02 7 working days

    Die-line & sample

    A production-intent CAD dieline, cut white sample, and printed proof. You approve the fit in hand, not on a screen.

  3. 03 10–18 working days

    Print & finish

    CTP, offset or digital print, foil, spot UV, emboss, lamination, die-cutting, and assembly—under one production docket.

  4. 04 3–7 working days

    QC & DDP delivery

    AQL inspection, export packing, document release, and DDP booking to your warehouse in 40+ markets.

A factory floor, not a trading desk.

Since 2012 we have added presses, die-cutters, wrapping lines, and a QA bench—not a network of anonymous subcontractors. The people who approve your sample are in the same building as the people who pack your pallet.

Material specification

Materials with a paper trail.

Sustainability is a specification, not a badge. We document the board, ink, and adhesive route for each job—and say plainly where a mixed construction cannot be recycled.

Board
FSC Mix or FSC Recycled stocks. Transaction certificates matched to the production lot on request.
Inks
Soy-based offset inks on paperboard jobs, with low-VOC washes and closed-loop ink handling on site.
Pulp
30–70% post-consumer recycled content available across selected wraps and tube boards.
Plastic
Paperboard inserts and water-based adhesives can replace EVA and film where the product allows.

Certificates are matched to the production lot. Ask for the material passport before artwork lock.
